Baby dedication and other pics from last week.

zac's baby dedication was a 6-part affair. he and buddy landon each wore mother-purchased hats. five of six pose for some pics and zac, lan-dogg and ike glass gather with their daddies.





seriously, who needs toys when you've got a sibling and an imagination? they told me they were looking for moby dick. whatever, ishmael and ahab.


sick as a dog, ali spent saturday on the couch... threw up all week. zac? diarrhea. no pics there, he begged.


helping the mama with laundry is one of ali's favorite 'tricks'. this time she was trying on last summer's dresses as she wanted to do this.

finally getting outside a bit...

these warm days have made for post-school, post-nap walks quite a fun time. and we swing at the end on our neighbor's swingset. in the pics, ali took to holding zac's hand in the double stroller. thank you warm weather for coming sooner than later.






ali and daddy went on an early morning starbucks run and 'somebody', still in their jammas, talked the staff into giving them a small cup of whipped cream and chocolate sauce... for breakfast!



great grandpa turned 85 and someone gave him trick candles... but ali tries to help a little.

while daddy watches his buckeyes play... ali curls in a little ball to sleep and bubba hams it up for the camera.



we get ready for bed by making the loop around the house! that... and wrestling with our little brother!

death, taxes, kids get bigger, and melted snow makes water.

the certainties. and a lot of melted snow makes a lot of water... especially if caused by multiple inches of rain all at once!

such a big girl... all dressed up for church, inspecting flooded trails at the nature center, updating her facebook, reading books on her own... but she still poops in the corner.

zac went to wake up ali from her nap and she wasn't too excited to be sharing her bed stuffed animal collection.

daddy's 'eat-the-whip-cream-straight-from-the-can' trick caught on too well as we found ali in the fridge attempting to replicate the trick. i assume no one's a taker on 'sundae night' at our house anymore.
