ali is the flower girl for sam and krista... yea for them! yes, we practiced, albeit not well, at home. comforting though, was the denim theme for the rehearsal. thank you, stephen for getting in the spirit. sorry, doubled up on the one pic, but can't change.












ali flirtin' with cohen, the ring/Bible bearer but then, at the key moment, settles for a fist bump instead of a kiss... let's just say this will be the game plan for daddy until she's 32.

September begins, so...

Zachariah James Emmett turns one and the Morrow County Fair begins!






zac digs into his individual cake, though not with the gusto we expected... and he had help.






ali loves her ice cream... then decides the best way to get zac cleaned up is to... well...you see





cousin time at the morrow county fair!




lunch in the show arena, then papa puts the granddaughters to work on their way help out in the milk parlor while we wait on milkshakes!






holdin on tight (to bars or nana's hair) to see the 'neigh's'



rabbits and lambs and turkeys in a scurry, watchin out for the stauffer kids in a hurry!
kid tip #3,576... if you show so much love to a 'for sale' animal at the fair... you might convince nana to bring it home.






i left the room while working on dishes... came back in and i get this 'dad, we got it covered, go back to what you were doing' look.
